By using ComicMe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your content
You confirm that you own the rights to any photo you upload, or that you have permission to use it. You retain ownership of the comics ComicMe generates from your photos and can use them for personal, non-commercial purposes without restriction.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, do not use ComicMe to create harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit material, and do not attempt to circumvent the daily generation limits or any technical safeguards.
Service availability
ComicMe is provided as-is and may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific generation times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComicMe and Dahling Digital are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
